On March 5, 2020, Bishop McManus announced that Saint Paul Diocesan Jr./Sr. High School would be the new Worcester High School to be located at the current Holy Name campus on Granite Street.
St. Peter-Marian CCHS, also a result of a merger of St. Peter High School (est. 1921) and Marian High School (est. 1963), was established in 1976 at the campus of Marian High School on Grove Street. A Junior High was added in 1989.
Holy Name CCHS, originally founded in 1942 on Illinois Street in Worcester at Holy Name of Jesus Parish, moved to the Granite Street campus in 1967 and added a Junior High School in 1997.
