Financial Aid Announcement
The application for Financial Aid submission period opens Monday, December 2, 2024, and closes Friday, March 7, 2025.The non-refundable application fee is $40.00 for all applicants. Only one application per family needs to be submitted by the applicant, no matter how many Diocesan Schools your children attend.

Learner's Permit/Driver's LicenseIf you are looking for documentation for a driver's test, please email Ms. Maurello with at least 2 days notice. Please include current address and date of birth (student's) for verification purposes.
*The RMV does not accept documents older than 60 days

Work Permits
Saint Paul cannot issue work permits for our students.
If you need a work permit, please print out the application in Resource Documents, and then contact your LOCAL PUBLIC SCHOOL for instructions.

Instructions for Creating a FACTS Family Portal Login
- Please go to Family Portal Login - HERE.
- After the FACTS Family Portal Login screen opens, please select Create New Family Portal Account.
- Enter SPD-MA into the District Code field.
- Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.
- Click the Create Account button.
You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.
Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.
- Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.
- Close the window.
