Instructions for New FACTS Users

Welcome Newly Enrolling Saint Paul Parents & Guardians!
If you have already completed your school-based admissions application and have received an acceptance letter, then you are ready to activate your tuition payment plan. 

Activate Your Tuition Payment Plan

Please follow these steps: 

  • Click on “Enroll / Re-enroll with FACTS” under Admissions on the Saint Paul website
  • Once re-directed to the FACTS login page, select button "Create a new Username & Password"
  • Enter email address, then hit NEXT
  • Create a new FACTS account
  • Enter Contact Information
  • Create a username and password
  • Set up a Payment Plan (2021-2022 School Year)

Please follow all instructions provided to you to submit your tuition payment plan with FACTS. Once your tuition payment plan has been completed and submitted, your child will be officially enrolled as a student at Saint Paul Diocesan Jr/Sr High School.

When you have submitted your completed FACTS tuition payment plan, the Office of Student Accounts will finalize its processing by posting the tuition rate, activity fee, and the non-refundable registration/processing fee to your account. Once finalized, you will receive a confirmation notice from FACTS via email regarding your tuition balance, payment date, and payment amount according to the plan you have chosen.

Applying for Financial Assistance

If you choose to apply for financial aid for the 2021-2022 academic year, please follow these steps:

  • Follow "Activate Your Tuition Payment Plan" to set up a FACTS account
  • Under “FACTS Grant & Aid” click on “Start Application” on the right side of your FACTS Dashboard.
  • Select term 2021-2022
  • Follow all instructions provided to you by FACTS Grant & Aid to complete your application.
  • Be sure to select the school name “Saint Paul Diocesan Jr. Sr. High School” under the student information section.
  • Be prepared to have your 2019 & 2020 IRS Federal Forms and supporting documents available (ex. 1040, W2, etc.)
  • There will be a one-time non-refundable application fee of $35 to apply for Financial Assistance.

FACTS will send you a confirmation email once you have completed your application. If you need assistance, please call 1-866-441-4637.


Please note the following important information and dates:

  • The above instructions are for new and returning FACTS users and applies to domestic students only.
  • March 1, 2021: deadline for submitting a financial aid application through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.
  • April 12, 2021: award and regret notifications will begin to be emailed to parents through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.
